Andrew Pierce met Ashley Hudson at the church they both went to in Hamburg. They realized at the time that it was a match made in heaven. Ashley Hudson was only 17 and had never been with a woman previously, so they took it slow. It was love at first sight. Andrew asked God at New Year's Day, just before 2016 began. Ashley knew the entire region, having explored it and even playing in the area. Andrew and Ashley have also explored the area multiple times before they began dating. Personalization became important since almost all of the decorations were made by the bride and groom. Andrew's father as well as Ashley as well as Ashley created the wedding ceremony arch and the arches for the seats. Ashley made and painted many of the wedding decorations. Ashley claims that we might not have had the magical wedding I envisioned if we hadn't had Anna's flower design. Truly breathtaking.
